Returns Policy

Shortages and damages

All shortages and damages must be reported to us by e-mail within 7 working days.

Returns

We have a flexible returns policy and will accept goods back if you've ordered the wrong item(s), or if you simply find them unsuitable within 28 days of receipt of your goods. We only ask that you return goods unused and packed correctly in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending items back so we can issue you with a returns number. Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number and email address, and reason for returning the goods. If you are returning unwanted goods you are liable for the costs incurred in returning them.

Faulty goods return

Please contact us before returning goods as many problems can be solved before items are returned. If the goods need to be returned, a repair, refund or replacement will be offered depending on each individual case.

Cancellation Rights

Any order can be cancelled in writing (email, fax or letter) within 7 working days of receiving your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. Postage costs involved in returning cancelled orders are at the expense of the consumer and are detailed in the section above 'Returns'. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refund Policy

If you have not received your order or are not satisfied with the goods/services that have been supplied by Bump and Babes and require a refund of your payment, then please contact us on +44(0)800 689 0004 with the relevant details such as the online purchase receipt and the transaction confirmation email, and we will assist you. 

"WorldPay is a Payment Service Provider that enables businesses with an online store to accept credit and debit card payments securely over the internet. WorldPay do not own or offer goods/services for sale other than our own payment processing services. WorldPay do not hold any order or delivery details. WorldPay is unable to process refunds or cancel transactions on behalf of the online stores who use WorldPay service."

Shipping

We can ship to Mainland UK only. 
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
